IT Hardware & Software for Australian Business

From servers, business computers and laptops to networking, backup and software licensing — TRiNUE sources, supplies, configures and deploys the right technology for your business, backed by a single accountable IT partner.

Procurement Without the Guesswork

As a managed service provider, TRiNUE doesn't just recommend technology — we supply it. We source business-grade IT hardware, software and licensing from the world's leading vendors, specify exactly what your environment needs, configure and deploy it, and support it across its entire lifecycle. One quote, one supplier, one point of accountability — so you're never left chasing a reseller, a manufacturer and an installer separately when something needs attention.

What We Supply

Everything Your Business Runs On, From One Partner

Whether you're fitting out a new office, refreshing ageing equipment, or scaling your team, we supply the complete stack — hardware, software and licensing — matched to your business needs and budget.

Business Hardware

Servers, business desktops, laptops, workstations and thin clients — reliable, business-grade computers built for productivity and long service life, not retail shelf-fillers.

Software & Licensing

Microsoft 365, Windows Server, security and backup software, and productivity and creative suites — genuine licences, correctly sized, with renewals tracked so you never over-pay or fall out of compliance.

Networking & Wi-Fi

Firewalls, managed and PoE switches, routers and business Wi-Fi access points that keep your network fast, segmented and secure — from the boardroom to the warehouse floor.

Backup, NAS & Storage

Network-attached storage, backup appliances and cloud backup that protect your business data against hardware failure, ransomware and accidental deletion — with tested recovery.

Security & Surveillance

IP CCTV cameras, network video recorders and access control hardware — integrated with your network and, where you want it, your smart building systems.

VoIP & Peripherals

IP desk phones and headsets for your 3CX or hosted phone system, plus monitors, docking stations, webcams and printers that complete a professional workspace.

IT Hardware

Business-Grade Hardware, Sourced and Deployed

We supply IT hardware from Australia's most trusted manufacturers — Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Synology and Apple — specified for reliability, warranty coverage and total cost of ownership rather than the lowest sticker price.

Servers & Infrastructure

Tower, rack and edge servers from Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant and Lenovo ThinkSystem — plus UPS units, redundant power supplies, PDUs and rack cabinets — the power protection and on-premise or hybrid infrastructure your workloads depend on.

Business Desktops & Workstations

Reliable business desktops and high-performance workstations for finance, design, engineering and CAD — configured with the right processor, memory and storage for the job, and imaged ready to deploy.

Business Laptops & Mobile

Business laptops, 2-in-1s and tablets from Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad and Apple MacBook — plus iPhone and iPad for business, enrolled and secured through Apple Business Manager or Microsoft Intune.

Monitors, Docks & Accessories

Single and multi-monitor setups, USB-C docking stations, keyboards, mice, webcams and headsets — everything needed to stand up a productive, ergonomic desk on day one.

Networking & Wi-Fi

Fortinet and Cisco firewalls, managed and PoE switches, and Ubiquiti UniFi and Cisco Meraki access points — designed, supplied and configured for fast, secure, business-grade connectivity that also powers your cameras, phones and access points over a single cable.

Storage, NAS & Backup Appliances

Synology and QNAP NAS, direct-attached and network storage, and dedicated backup appliances — sized to your data and configured for resilient, tested recovery.

Software & Licensing

Genuine Software Licences, Correctly Sized

Software licensing is easy to get wrong — and expensive when you do. We supply genuine licences from Microsoft and other leading vendors, size them to how your team actually works, and keep every renewal tracked so you stay compliant and never pay for shelfware.

Microsoft 365 & Azure

Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise plans, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, plus Azure subscriptions — provisioned, migrated and managed with Australian data residency in mind.

Windows Server & CALs

Windows Server licensing, client access licences (CALs), SQL Server and remote desktop licensing — specified correctly the first time so your on-premise and hybrid workloads are fully covered.

Cybersecurity Software

Endpoint detection and response, next-gen antivirus, email security, MFA and password management — Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender and 1Password licensing, deployed and monitored.

Backup & Virtualization

Veeam, Acronis and Microsoft 365 backup, plus VMware and Hyper-V virtualization licensing — the software behind resilient infrastructure and dependable data protection.

Productivity & Creative

Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk, accounting platforms and the line-of-business applications your team relies on — licensed, deployed and kept up to date.

Cloud & Subscription Licensing

Per-user and per-device subscription licensing across your cloud stack — consolidated onto one managed agreement with clear reporting, so software spend is visible and predictable.

Why Buy Through TRiNUE

More Than a Reseller — a Technology Partner

Anyone can sell you a box. What makes procurement through your managed IT partner different is that the technology arrives specified, configured, deployed and supported — as part of the environment we already look after.

Right-Sized Recommendations

We specify hardware and licences to your real workloads and headcount — not the most expensive option, and not something you'll outgrow in a year. You get what fits.

Business-Grade, Not Retail

The equipment we supply carries commercial warranties, longer support lifecycles and manageability features that consumer-grade gear simply doesn't — lowering total cost of ownership over its life.

Configured & Deployed for You

Devices arrive imaged, joined to your domain or Intune, secured and ready to use — so a new starter or a whole office fit-out is productive from day one, not day five.

Warranty & Lifecycle Management

We track warranties, plan refresh cycles and manage end-of-life responsibly — including secure data wiping and e-waste disposal — so your asset fleet stays current and accounted for.

Genuine Licensing & Compliance

Every licence we supply is genuine and correctly assigned, with renewals tracked and reported — keeping you audit-ready and clear of the risks that come with under- or over-licensing.

One Point of Accountability

Hardware, software and support all sit with one partner who already knows your environment. When something needs attention, there's no finger-pointing between vendors — just us.

How Procurement Works

From Quote to Deployed in Five Steps

Buying business IT shouldn't mean comparing spec sheets alone at 9pm. Our process takes the guesswork out — you tell us the goal, we handle the sourcing, configuration and rollout.

1

Consult & Assess

We start with what you're trying to achieve — a new hire, an office fit-out, a server refresh — and factor in your existing environment, budget and timeline.

2

Specify & Quote

We recommend the right hardware and licensing, explain the trade-offs in plain language, and provide a clear, itemised quote — no jargon, no padding.

3

Supply & Configure

Once approved, we source the equipment through trusted distribution channels and configure, image and secure it to your standards before it reaches your team.

4

Deploy & Onboard

We roll it out with minimal disruption — on-site or remotely — migrate data where needed, and make sure every user is up and running with what they need.

5

Support & Refresh

The equipment stays under our support and monitoring for its whole life, with warranty tracking and planned refreshes so nothing ages into a liability.

Common Questions

IT Hardware & Software Procurement, Answered

A few of the questions Australian businesses ask us most often about buying hardware, software and licensing through TRiNUE.

Can you supply hardware if we're not on a managed IT plan?

Yes. While most clients buy through us as part of a managed IT relationship, we're happy to supply and configure hardware and software on a project basis too — a server refresh, an office fit-out, or a batch of laptops for new starters.

Do you sell Microsoft 365 and other software licences?

We do. We supply Microsoft 365, Windows Server, security, backup and productivity licensing — sized to how your team works, provisioned correctly, and with renewals tracked so you stay compliant and never pay for unused seats.

Is the hardware covered by warranty?

Everything we supply is genuine, business-grade equipment with the manufacturer's commercial warranty. We track those warranties for you and handle claims, so a fault is our problem to chase, not yours.

Do you handle old equipment and data disposal?

Yes. As part of a hardware refresh we manage responsible end-of-life — securely wiping data, retiring devices, and disposing of e-waste in line with Australian environmental standards.

Need a Quote for Hardware or Software?

Tell us what you're trying to do — kit out a new office, refresh ageing gear, or sort out your Microsoft 365 licensing — and we'll come back with clear, right-sized recommendations and an itemised quote. No pressure, no jargon.
